Hi! Alex from the Pixel Family here.
My wife Marie and our three kids — Marisha, Arisha, and Sasha — and I make games. Not just for the money (though we need that too, let's be honest), but to bring people warmth and joy.
We know everyone worries their data might leak somewhere. So we wrote this policy in plain words — no heavy legal jargon. We want you to know: we're on your side.

1. Who we are
Living Color Pixels is a family indie project by Pixel Family. Legally, the operator is INDIVIDUALNYI PREDPRINIMATEL SHETAKOVA MARIIA ALEKSANDROVNA. We operate the mobile application, website, and related services. For privacy inquiries, contact: alex.shest.top@gmail.com.
We are a small family team. No office, no corporation. Just dad, mom, and three kids who love making games.
2. What data we collect and why
We collect only what we really need. For analytics and advertising we always ask for your consent through the banner on the site.
2.1. Technical data (always, without consent)
Language — to show text in your language.
UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) — to understand where you came from (social media, search engine, or a friend's link).
Anonymized page-view logs — without IP address or User-Agent.
This data does not contain your name, address, or other personal information.
2.2. Analytics (only with your consent)
If you clicked "Yes, I agree", we enable Yandex.Metrica. It helps us understand which pages interest you, how many people play our game, and how to improve the site.
Data about page views, time on site, and actions (clicks, scroll) is collected. Name, phone, and address are never transmitted.
2.3. Advertising (only with your consent)
If you clicked "Yes, I agree", we may show personalized ads through the Yandex Advertising Network on the online game page.
In other ad slots on the site you will see a thank-you message from our characters instead of ads.
Without consent, personalized ads are not shown — you will see our characters instead.
We do not sell your data to advertisers. Only anonymized data is passed to Yandex under their privacy policy.
3. How we store data
Technical cookies (language, UTM) — in your browser, up to 1 year.
Consent or decline — in your browser, 1 year.
Anonymized visit logs — on our server, 30 days.
Yandex.Metrica data — on Yandex servers, per their policy.
We do not store logs with IP addresses.
4. Your rights
Withdraw consent — click "Change decision" at the bottom of the page or "Privacy settings" in the footer.

In the Living Color Pixels mobile game we follow the same principles: technical data for operation; analytics and ads — only with your consent.
